One of the city’s newer neighborhoods, the colorful Dubai Design District, also known as D3, is a fashionable shopping, art and creative hub. With edgy architecture, wall murals and unique brands, visitors will have fun dropping into all the concept boutiques, art studios, co-working spaces and showrooms. Eating choices are also plentiful, with everything from hipster favorite Joe & the Juice to Yui, the UAE’s first handmade ramen house. It’s also where to come for some of Dubai’s annual pop-up events, including Sole DXB and Dubai Design Week. Find it just off Al Khail Rd about 4km southeast of Dubai Mall.
