Parque Natural Sierra de Cardeña y Montoro

The Parque Natural Sierra de Cardeña y Montoro encompasses 384 sq km of rolling hills, pastures and woodland, providing a habitat for a few Iberian lynx and wolves, as well as otters and various birds of prey. There's a full network of hiking trails with several paths branching out from Aldea del Cerezo, 6km east of Cardeña village.
