Belfry of the Church of the Epiphany

A walk of several flights up brings you to the top of the belfry of this former church in the Goritsky Monastery, from where you can be wowed by 360-degrew views of the Pereslavl area and Lake Pleshcheyevo. If you don't want to spend the money (or climb that many stairs), there are also some good views south from the guard tower in the monastery wall behind the Assumption Cathedral.
