St Thomas the Martyr

St Dogmaels' parish church houses several ancient stones from the original Celtic community founded by the local saint, including the Sagranus Stone, inscribed in Latin and Ogham. The stone was instrumental in deciphering the ancient Ogham script in the 19th century. The church's altar was originally from St Dogmaels Abbey and is one of the oldest in Britain.
