Natural History Museum

Housed across two main buildings inside the Botanical Garden, Oslo's Natural History Museum has classic taxidermy exhibits of Norwegian and worldwide fauna arranged in themed habitats, while the building across the courtyard features artfully laid out fossils (including Norway's only Triceratops skull), a crystal cave, and brain-bending models exploring the vastness of space. In a separate building (admission included), the sobering, interactive displays at Klimahuset (the Climate House) empower visitors with knowledge about climate change and how they can play their part in reversing the trend.
