The striking work of Holland-based, Indonesian architect Maurice Nio at Prato's contemporary-art museum lures art lovers into its lair with a dazzling futuristic architecture (think curvaceous gold spaceship). Inside are some excellent temporary exhibitions; watch for other events and cultural happenings too. The museum is 3km southeast of Prato centre, signposted off the Prato Est exit of the neighbouring A11.
