Your Alberobello guided tour will start from the Aia Piccola, UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the heart of the city of the trulli traditional houses. In a local meat factory, you can taste the “Capocollo of Martina Franca”, representing a type of salami typical of gastronomic culture of this region. It is made only with the best pork meat of the territory and thanks to its best quality it is known and appreciated since the 18th century. In this food experience you will discover not only the “capocollo” but also other genuine Apulian meat products. The meat factory is situated in a countryside between Noci and Alberobello where you can visit the animals of the farm. To reach the place you need a car because there are no public means of transport in this little town. The parking is private and free.
