Comprising a gallery, a bookshop, artist studios and a concert room, it's especially fun in summer when the beer garden opens, street-food container units open and an eclectic line-up of festivals keeps revellers coming back.
The building's facade doubles as an "Artist Wall," with new urban artworks going up every month or so.
