Brace for a riot of colors and smells: Dounan Flower Market (斗南花卉市场, Dòunán Huāhuì Shìchǎng) is China's largest. It opens for retailers between 9am and 6pm, but it's best to come later in the evening, between 8pm and 2am – during wholesales, the busiest time – to see plenty of action. Exit at Jingui Jie metro stop on Line 4 to access the market's entrance.
