Lobster Roll Workshop Start Times:  1 PM to 2:30 PM (90 minutes), or 10 AM to 11:30 PM (90 minutes).Arrive at Chez le Bootlegger’s, Seafood, Bar & Grill, Maison Tait House, 293 Main Street, Shediac, NB and be greeted by Lisa, Chef Gilles and their staff.Learn everything there is to know about the New Brunswick Lobster Roll including: removing the meat from the shell and properly chopping and seasoning the meat. Afterwords, you'll enjoy the fruits of your labour!
