About Tasmin
Born in London to New Zealander parents, I grew up in the USA, Australia and the UK. Today I have whānau around the world (a blessing even if I don't know where to call home). My work has been published by Lonely Planet, DK Eye Witness, Culture Trip, The Age, Good Food Guide, Gourmet Traveller Australia, Stuff NZ, Globetotting and more. In 2020 I also co-produced a podcast, "This Place, This Story" (still available on Spotify, Audible and Apple podcasts). When not away on an assignment, I spend my days living on a canal boat in London, raising two kids and a fat Russian Blue cat called, Millie.
