Jacklin Collection Museum

Southeastern Washington

If you're a fan of geodes and thunder eggs, stop in at this museum in the School of the Environment, showcasing the more than 2000 specimens of petrified wood collected by a couple of Washington State University alumni from Spokane. In the same complex is a collection of fluorescent minerals and an exhibit of fossils memorializing former WSU geologist Harold Eugene Culver.
