Admission is free at this tiny treasure trove of self-taught artistry featuring three small galleries with rotating exhibits. Kaleidoscopic quilts, hand-carved decoy ducks, whimsical sculptures and centuries-old sketchbooks are some of the works you might find inside. The gift shop is an equally unique assemblage of art: books, jewelry, accessories, scarves, home decor etc.
The museum now has a sister venue in Queens, displaying works from its permanent collection.
