Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial

Indiana

Off I-64 and 4 miles south of Dale, the Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial is where young Abe, who grew up to become the 16th US president, lived from age seven to 21. This isolated site also includes admission to a working pioneer farm, open from mid-April to mid-October (modeled after the Lincoln farm but not original). A 1-mile trail loop from the memorial takes in the highlights.
