Huilua Fishpond

Although many of Kahana's archaeological sites are inaccessibly deep in the valley, impressive Huilua Fishpond is visible from the highway and can be visited simply by walking down to the beach at Kahana Bay. It's one of only six remaining ancient fishponds (there were once 97). It dates to sometime between the 13th and 16th centuries.
