Museum Anna Nordlander (MAN)


This municipal contemporary art museum is dedicated to the life and work of Anna Norlander (1843–1879), a well-known painter born in Skellefteå. She was one of the first women to study at the Royal Academy of Arts in Stockholm and later continued her studies in Brussels and Paris. As well as works by Norlander, it features a strong list of changing exhibitions.
