Museu Olímpic i de l'Esport

Barcelona

At this information-packed interactive sporting museum, you wander down a ramp that snakes below ground level and is lined with multimedia displays on the history of sport and the Olympic Games. The timeline starts with the ancients and runs all the way up to a Dalí-stamped swimsuit worn by the Spanish synchronised swimming team at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Visitors also get the chance to run against US sprint champion Carl Lewis in a simulator.
