This 65ft, Moorish-looking stone tower was built as a lookout in 1962. It's the first good spot for vistas of the islands to the east, but there are better vantage points higher up on the mountain. The tower often gets crowded with tour groups, so give it a miss unless you have extra time or aren't climbing any further.
