One of several buildings along the Bund designed by British architecture firm Palmer & Turner, the Yokohama Specie Bank was built in 1924 mixing neoclassical design with art nouveau touches. It was the first Japanese-owned financial institution along this "Wall St of the East." Today it's occupied by Chinese bank ICBC.
