Sarlat’s Saturday market essentially fills the whole medieval center, with a focus on place de la Liberté, facing the town hall. Produce and seasonal delicacies are at the fore, including a vast range of duck- and goose-based products. Wednesdays are smaller affairs. An atmospheric night market operates in summer.
