Rated four stars by wine guru James Halliday, Tobin's meticulous vineyard grows a number of varietals, including shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, tempranillo, semillon, chardonnay, verdelho, sauvignon blanc and muscat. The winery's vino makes the wine lists of several select Brisbane restaurants, with standout drops including tempranillo and bottled-aged semillon.
