The Suntory Museum of Art nominally focuses on the decorative arts, things of beauty and purpose: Japanese ceramics, lacquerware, glass, dyeing, weaving and such. But recent exhibitions have also looked at different styles of Japanese painting and Buddhist sculpture. The museum, designed by architect Kuma Kengō, is located inside Tokyo Midtown.
There's also a small tea room that hosts tea ceremonies a few times a month. Tickets are cheaper purchased online.
