Off the Kemi–Tornio coast, Perämeri National Park is an archipelago of small islands that’s an important conservation area for seals and a richly populated bird habitat. You’ll need a boat (or snowmobile) to explore; ask at the Kemi or Tornio tourist offices about renting one.
