Studio Ghibli's animation director Miyazaki Hayao collaborated with sculptor Kunio Shachimaru on this fantastic, steampunk-style timepiece beside the entrance to Nippon Television Tower. It springs to life five times daily (six times on weekends).
Return in the evening to see the clock illuminated.
