Mission San Luis

This 60-acre site is home to a 17th-century mission that housed Spanish colonists and Apalachee tribespeople. The compound has been nicely reconstructed, especially the soaring Council House. Tours (included with admission) provide a fascinating taste of life 300 years ago. Costumed interpreters are on-site, and kids who are into history will have a blast.
