Adorned with candy-striped awnings and topped with a reproduction of its original glass dome, the 1902 Florida capitol building now houses an interesting political museum, including a restored House of Representatives chamber and governor's reception area, numerous portraits, and exhibits on immigration, state development and the infamous 2000 US presidential election.
