This is the original Mandarake, the go-to store for all things manga (Japanese comics) and anime (Japanese animation). Once a small, secondhand comic-book store, Mandarake now has some 30 shops just inside the Nakano Broadway shopping center. Each specializes in something different, be it books, cel art or figurines.
The biggest shop, Honkan, is on the 3rd floor. On the 4th floor, Mandarake Henya, is a shrine (literally) to classic toys.
