Le Fumoir d'Antan

Three generations of the Arseneau family have smoked herring at this traditional smokehouse, where you can learn about the process and taste the goods. Tours take place daily at 3:30pm from mid-June, and three times daily (at 11am, 1pm and 3pm) in September; at other times of year you can show yourself around.
