Haus Tambaran

Timbunke's cobwebby haus tambaran is a one-storey structure towards the west end of the village. A Lonely Planet author was the first non-local (and first woman) to ever set foot inside. You'll find some splendid examples of garamut drums, some with crocodile heads, some given birth to by female figures.
