Two miles down the narrow road towards Bunnahabhain, this independent distillery is Islay's newest. It's in a spectacular position gazing right across at the Paps of Jura. A light peaty kind of whisky is their style; tours are brisk and interesting and there's a likable cafe-bistro space.
