Ironworks Distillery

Nova Scotia

Lunenburg's renowned brewery crafts a selection of fruity liqueurs, a strong apple brandy, a pear eau-de-vie, an apple vodka and – fittingly for a maritime town – several rums. You can follow the distilling process on a guided tour.

The name comes from the distillery's location in Lunenburg's former blacksmith's shop, which produced ironworks for the shipbuilding industry.
