Old Devonshire Church

Bermuda

This tiny whitewashed church is one of Bermuda's oldest. The present-day limestone incarnation was built on the site of the original 1624 palmetto-thatched edifice, which was blown away by a hurricane. Peek inside for a look at the elaborately carved cedar screen.
