I am originally from London but my career has taken me across Europe. I have lived in Munich for over five years and Germany for much longer. I also spent two years in a small town in northern Italy working for Slow Food. My love of travel is fuelled by my love of eating. My top culinary destinations include Thessaloniki, Rome, Seoul and Hanoi.
