For a trip back in time, head to Alwar. Discover the town's many historical gems minus the crowds. The showstopper undoubtedly is Bala Quila, a fort dating back to the 1500s and situated atop a hillock. The City Palace located at the base houses the Palace Museum, a good place to acquaint yourself with Alwar's rich past and get a glimpse into the life of the royals. Unwind by the sprawling Siliserh Lake, home to a variety of birds.


Chandigarh

Agra
