Welcome to Stockton

The city has an interesting past that is just under the surface of its checkered facades. It is a major inland port and was once the main supply hub for gold rushers. During WWII it became a major center of American shipbuilding, and remains home to a few maritime transportation facilities.

A block east of Weber Point, the Department of Tourism has complete information about the goings-on in town.
