Natural History Museum of Denmark

Perched at the northeast corner of the Botanic Garden, Denmark's Museum of Natural History hosts interesting exhibitions, with themes ranging from the Neanderthals to the glittering world of minerals and precious stones, including a 16-ton meteorite from outer space. In 2024, the museum is set to reopen in a state-of-the-art building in the Botanic Garden. The $160 million construction will have a glass dome in line with the nearby Palmehuset and span three floors underground.
