Rice museum in Cullera, Valencia province, Spain.

This restored rice mill has three levels of complex belts, pulleys and machinery that will enthrall those of an engineering bent. There's some info in English, as well as a video that gives a little of the 1000-year history of rice in Valencia. Next door is a museum devoted to the local Semana Santa celebrations.
