Get acquainted with some fabulous fungi at this mushroom museum, where you can see about a dozen varieties growing in glowing shades of orange, yellow, tan, brown and white. The shop sells shiitake-flavoured beer. Situated inside a cave at the western edge of St-Hilaire-St-Florent, 4.5km northwest of Saumur.
