Kathika

Tucked down a narrow residential lane, in a masterfully restored 19th-century haveli, Kathika (kathika.in; ₹1500, after 2pm ₹500 ) is a hybrid cultural centre and museum, though it feels more like the home of a collector of whimsical ephemera than anything else. Cultural experiences, complete with Indian classical music and dance, take place daily in the courtyard, with additional plays, storytelling sessions and other activations at Neem Haveli, Kathika's sister property/guesthouse, across the lane.
