Jüdisches Museum

Housed inside Palais Eskeles, the Jüdisches Museum showcases the history of Jews in Vienna across a split collection – 1945 to the present day and the Middle Ages to the Shoah – with varied perspectives on identity, persecution and present-day Judaism in Vienna. A highlight is the startling collection of ceremonial art on the top floor. Temporary exhibitions often tackle more controversial topics. Combined tickets for the Jüdisches Museum and the Museum Judenplatz are valid for seven days.
