The Islam Cultural Institute hosts concerts, DJ sets, poetry readings, film screenings, temporary exhibitions, beekeeping workshops (the institute has hives on its rooftop), art workshops for children and cooking classes, all generally related to North Africa or the Middle East. There's a North African tearoom and summertime patio bar serving local Brasserie de la Goutte d'Or craft beer.
The ICIC has a second Institut des Cultures d'Islam on nearby rue Stéphenson with more exhibition space and a hammam.
