Hac Sa Beach

Meaning "black sand" in Cantonese, Hac Sa Beach is located in the quieter area of Coloane, away from the city streets and casinos. The sand gets its unique hue from minerals in the seabed that are washed ashore. Macau's largest natural beach has lifeguards on duty from May to October, and amenities like changing rooms, barbecue pits, an outdoor swimming pool and children’s play area.
