This art-deco factory that once made hydraulic pumps has been converted into an intriguing contemporary-art space. It normally has two or three thought-provoking temporary exhibitions in the appealing high-ceilinged spaces. The backyard has been turned into a garden of Mediterranean trees and flowering plants. The project, which receives no public funding, also has the restaurant of Valencian master-chef Ricard Camarena.
Join a guided tour on Saturday or Sunday to see the building's Civil War bomb shelter and medieval cellar.
