Anfiteatro Romano

This Roman amphitheater from the 1st century BC sits on a parched, sun-drenched spot on the western edge of town. It hasn't aged well and the sandy arena is circled by rocks now embedded into the yellow-brown ground. It's not open to visitors but you can get a decent view from the road outside.
