This morning, you will meet with your driver at the lobby and depart on a Truffle hunting experience, which will take you to natural sights in the Split Hinterland area. Discovering the truffles of Dalmatia, we have decided to share this experience with you. Join professional truffle hunters and the first family who started a truffle hunting experience in Dalmatia on locations that are hidden throughout the Dalmatian forests. Experience the excitement of truffle hunting amidst the beautiful natural resources in the heart of Dalmatia! With your hosts and their specially-trained truffle-hunting dogs, you will join the hunt and uncover your first truffle!. When you reach the secret locations, they will teach you everything there is to know about truffles and how to hunt them, and you will hear the story about their lovely specially trained dogs. Depending on the season of your visit, you’ll find the black truffle, Tuber aestivum, Tuber uncinatum, Tuber brumal, Tuber melanosporum, and the white truffle Tuber bronchi-fianchetto, Tuber Magnatum Pico, etc. To celebrate your successful hunt, relax in the beautiful forest setting while they prepare a gourmet meal featuring local wine, truffle brandy, and truffles! Lunch is in three courses ( you will be able to join the chef and learn how to cook with truffles) . The aim is to promote Dalmatian truffles and raise awareness of Dalmatia's natural resources, which is the home of very valuable types of truffles. After the fun tour and lunch, you will return to Split port, where you will meet your crew and depart on a private speed boat to Hvar Island. You will experience the astonishing beauty of a chain of twenty small islands that lie just in front of the town of Hvar. The islands' formation, carved from limestone, gives them a unique and breathtaking appearance. You will have an opportunity to swim in the crystal-clear waters of the islands, surrounded by their stunning coastal scenery. The direct boat ride from Split to the Pakleni Islands usually takes about an hour, giving you ample time to admire the islands' beauty. Your skilled crew will fine-tune the final-day plan according to your preferences and expected weather conditions.As you explore Hvar town, you will be transported to a world of luxurious Mediterranean nature, rich cultural and historical heritage, and Venetian architecture. The City of Hvar once stood as a significant port within the Venetian naval empire, and today, it is one of the most popular destinations in the Dalmatian Riviera.With your swimming gear and sunscreen at the ready, let your day at sea leave you with unforgettable memories.
