Born and raised in the Flemish countryside, I now divide my time between Belgium, Estonia and the wider world. I am a freelance journalist by day, aspiring novel writer at night and (digital) nomad at heart. I fell in love with travel after driving a beat-up Ford Escort from Belgium to Iran with a friend.
