I’ve rolled pasta with Michelin-star chefs, dived with great white sharks, eaten my way through Madrid, hiked glaciers and scoured Barbados for the best rum shack. I'm based in Sydney, Australia, but you won't find me in one place for too long. Though journalism takes precedence, I'm also a photographer.
