Precious few people make the effort to seek out this remote cove, and to be fair, it's a bit rocky and pebble-strewn, not to mention quite a trek down from the coast path – and the trail in some places is crumbly and slippery underfoot. But if you're looking to leave the crowds behind, the Strangles is a perfect spot to do it.
