This large restored caravanserai, just off the southwest corner of Battalgazi's main square, dates from the 17th century. You can't miss it – the small front lawn is home to fake camels and mannequins in Ottoman garb. Inside, the cafe under the arcade arches is a good spot for a çay or cold drink.
