RTD provides public transportation throughout the Denver and Boulder area (local/regional fares $3/5.25). Free shuttle buses operate along the 16th St Mall as well as between Civic Center and Union Stations during weekday rush hours only. RTD also runs a light-rail system (local/regional fares $3/5.25) with service to Denver International Airport from downtown Denver ($10.50, 45 minutes).
